    There is all ways a queue at the ONE atm you can deposit money in mean while the telllar staff sit their twiddling their thumps!

    I would think this bank manager has more time on his hands than to tell people they are not allowed to use the tellars and can only use the atm to deposit and withdraw money!

    There's always plenty of staff here but they don't seem to do anything. Want to start a joint account? They say 10 minute wait expected, only to let you know 40 minutes later that they forgot to put your name on the digital queue - only to do the same thing shortly after. Need a new card? They send it attached to the wrong account. Try to get that fixed? They put the wrong name on the card. 3. Times. Go to update insurance details "sorry can't help with that, call this number instead." Curiously, they could sell me the product but nothing else. I begrudgingly bestow this one star only because Google won't let me rate lower. I suppose they can have the 1 star as they have ATMs - oops, even they weren't going on one of my visits.
